AllCreativePortfolios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

All creative work uploaded to our platform must be original or properly licensed. Users retain ownership of their creative work while granting us necessary rights to display and distribute content through our platform.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL or location
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

AllCreativePortfolios maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track DMCA takedown notices and may suspend or terminate accounts that receive multiple valid complaints.

• First offense: Warning and content removal
• Second offense: Temporary account suspension
• Third offense: Permanent account termination

AllCreativePortfolios qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as a service provider. We:

• Do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
• Act expeditiously to remove infringing material when notified
• Do not receive financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity
• Have implemented a repeat infringer policy

Submitting false DMCA claims may result in legal liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to damages.

We are committed to responding to valid DMCA notices promptly:

• Initial Response: Within 24 hours of receipt
• Content Review: Within 48 hours
• Content Removal: Within 72 hours if valid
• User Notification: Immediate upon action taken
